i have white heads all over my nose they r so desterbing what can i do at home to get rid of them i need home remides.......plz help

You could try making a scrub of baking soda and cornmeal. Or use rubbing alcohol on your nose: After all, alcohol kills bacteria, and bacteria is what's causing the white heads. Or you could even dab a bit of toothpaste on them and let it sit about 20 minutes or so, then wash it off. You should see an improvement even as early as later in the day.

Don't pop them, you could make the bacteria go deeper into tissue that you don't want to get damaged...

Drink a lot of water....and when you wash your face...the best soap to use is cocoa butter....also...when you press the rag to your skin...apply a lot of pressure when you rub..... do it a lot....and trim those fingernails...we as human beings always put our hands to our faces... tell me what happens....
