I have a 10 gallon tank with everything up and running for the fry, my question is i have a 20-30gallon filter hooked up in the meantime cause i didnt have a smaller one and i wanted the filter to be running in the meantime..can i go by a peice of sponge to put over the filter tube so that it dont suck in the fry or will that burn out my filter.....or do i have to buy a completly different filter for the tank????

OK, I am going to be bored all week, and next week... Im a senior and my school is making only the juniors and underclass do tests...

And I need to know what your favorite songs are... I wanna put some good ones on my mp3, that way im not bored...

I have like 1050 songs just on my flash drive that i carry around... but I have already listened to those over and over and they are getting boring...

The one with the best list is getting the 10...

I use to read, and on Wednesday nights my Pastor would read through the Bible through the year.
I moved from the city to the country 200 miles from everyone and everything I knew. I didn't have anyone to spiritually feed my soul anymore. Spiritually dry and what I call alot of white magic.
But back in 1999 I got such a hunger for the Word of God and began to read it with an understanding I'd never known before. Now I love it, and love to hear others preach or share it.
These are the scriptures God got a hold of me with...

My sister is currently in medical school and I am helping a doctor learn English...hearing about their experiences and the experiences of the doctors they know really makes me wonder if I would like to be one. I am a good student, and a workaholic, but I don't know if I could be a slave to my career for the rest of my life. The field I am most interested in is dermatology, if that helps.

during spring break, which was the last week of march, i snuck out and did some stupid things, and ended up trying to have sex with this one guy. although, i dont know if we had sex or not.. it was hard to tell. i cant think of another way to put this, but i know we had trouble getting it in, and i couldnt feel anything, really. i know i asked him to put a condom on, and i know he put it on and it was still on after it was all over. except, i know i saw a little bubble at the top when it was all over. my last period was march 11th, and it's april 17th now and i havent started yet. i dont know what to do, really. i dont think i've been this scared in awhile.

and my mom just called, and she's stopping at the store to get a pregnancy test. i dont think i am, but i never know.. i dont know what to do.

My husbands family really annoy me with some of their behaviour, particularly at the dinner table. I don't think I expect too much but it really upsets me when they:
1. Do not wash their hands before preparing food.
2. Use their hands instead of the utensils when taking food from the centre of the table.
3. Cut open bread rolls straight on the table (scratching it), instead of on their plate.
4. Spill food and drinks every single time.
5. Chip crystal glasses by clinking them together too hard.
6. Allow their children to sit on their feet at the table, hence scratching our leather chairs with their shoes.
My husband and I have discussed it and he agrees for the most part that this behaviour is not ok. But, he is hesitant to bring it up, for fear of making them feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. I told him that he should be the one to say something as it is his family, and I offered to address any issues he has with my family.
Can anyone offer any good advice please?

It's simple:
The world operates:Evidence first, faith later.

But God is not the world,God is not the universe,and God is not science,we must approach God differently than we approach things in the universe.

God commands:faith first, evidence later.

Is it really that hard to swap evidence then faith to faith then evidence?And to do the corresponding actions that go with that faith so you can recieve the evidence from God?

Employment offer made over the phone and via email. Accepted orally over the phone and via email. Gave resignation at current employer, signed lease in new city of employment, and then informed 3 1/2 weeks after job offer that my position was no longer needed. Told I was an at will employee. However, I did not agree to anything or was told during the job offer/acceptance process that I would be an at will employee. I have in writing that my contract was from 5/1/07-8/10/07 with pay to be $4,550-$7,100 based on performance. My hours were 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm M-F.

I currently attend law school and realize what a mess this really is. I lived in Oklahoma when the contract was entered, the job was to be in Kansas City, MO, while the employers' headquarters are in Boston, MA. I assume jurisidication is in Kansas City, MO. I'm not familiar with the employment laws in Missouri. Please help! What are my legal remedies?
