ok so im 16 and this kid is 15 and we have been talkin online for quite some time now. i gave him my cell number and all i told him is i live in NY and my first name and how old i am. nothing more because i try to be careful. now im kind of worried. i believe he is 15 cuz he has shown me pictures and they all are the same person. so i was jw if anything bad could come of this. (giving him my cell number) as long as i dont give him any more information about me (which i wont) i should be safe correct? thanks everyone!!

ABOUT AREA CODE

We actually received a call last week from the 809 area code. The woman said "Hey, this is Karen. Sorry I missed you--get back to us quickly. I Have something important to tell you." Then she repeated a phone number beginning with 809 . "We didn't respond".

Then this week, we received the following e-mail:

Subject: DON'T EVER DIAL AREA CODE 809 , 284 AND 876

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US BY AT&T. DON'T EVER DIAL AREA CODE 809

This one is being distributed all over the US This is pretty scary,
especially given the way they try to get you to call.
Be sure you read this and pass it on.
They get you to call by telling you that it is information about a family member who has been ill or to tell you someone has-been arrested, died, or to let you know you have won a wonderful prize, etc.
In each case, you are told to call the 809 number right away. Since there are so many new area codes these days, people unknowingly return these calls.

If you call from the US , you will apparently be charged $2425 per-minute.

Or, you'll get a long recorded message. The point is, they will try to keep you on the phone as long as possible to increase the charges. Unfortunately, when you get your phone bill, you'll often be charged more than $24,100.00.

WHY IT WORKS:

The 809 area code is located in theBritish Virgin Islands (The Bahamas).
The charges afterwards can become a real nightmare. That's because you did actually make the call. If you complain, both your local phone company and your long distance carrier will not want to get involved and will most likely tell you that they are simply providing the billing for the foreign
company. You'll end up dealing with a foreign company that argues they have done nothing wrong.

I have read online sites and have tried to not sit too much, stand too much and recline, but it's not working. I am now limping because my lower back and upper legs hurt so much.

Any practical suggestions on how to relieve the pain? My preference is to take no medication, if possible.

Currently, I am 24 weeks pregnant.

I recently have been feeling some discomfort and slight pain in my chest. It has been 3 days now and it's increasing. The feeling is like a fast hard rush of adrenyline that lasts for about 2-5 seconds. Or the same feeling you get when you are driving fast and go down a hill. I have a BP meter and nothing spikes in my BP. It says my heartbeat is normal. I do have slight increased BP at times and am 2 months pregnant. So anyone who has any offers of suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 23 yrs old and I'm a virgin. I say that with dignity, honor, and respect for myself. I'm an attractive girl (I'm not being stuck-up) but I do believe I'm beautiful inside and out. Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army MedicalCenter as well.




Dioxin chemicals causes cancer, especially breast cancer.






Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.




Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.




He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body.




Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.




He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.




Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food.




Cover food with a paper towel instead.

I have had my ears pierced for a little over a year now and I bought some 14G earrings and I want to put them in. So on to my questions. 1.) Can I just take them and push/work them through the existing holes (they are the regular piercing gauge) or will it mess them up?
2.) If I do push them through is it going to close back up if I dont put anything in them? Because my mom wont let my put them in the holes if they are gonna be forever 14 gauge. I tried to explain to her that they wouldnt but she wants proof! Can you get me a valid web site or somehting???
