I know there are thousands of people on the campus at it is nearly impossible to tell every student and faculty member at Va. Tech, but why wasn't a warning sent out? Why was the gunman able to travel 1/2 mile and have 2 hrs. of freedom? I believe that the school should have shut all school activity down. The first shooting was at around 7:15, and classes started at 8 AM. The school had more than enough time to cancel classes and keep the students safe.

In one of our rooms, there is a dimming light and I pushed the knob on it really hard and turned it to the left so I could turn it off. I tried turning it back on and the knob is stuck and the lights on the ceiling fan wont turn on, even with trying to pull the light string thingy attatched. PLEASE help! I need to fix this, and what happened? Thank you so much

I will be teaching a few hour-long classes on advanced Excel to a group of engineers so they all know the basics and then some... i accidentally deleted epson scan icon fromt the desktop, and now i can't find it in "search", even if i choose detailed search. i can, however, open it from photoimpression, but is there any way i can get it back on my desktop?

maybe i should reinstall the printer? if so, how?
