It was a $37.50 dinner and she never brought our appetizer. When she brought our food we told her-she said "Oh I am sooo sorry, I did that to someone else tonite too". thats it.
She brought him another beer at that time but never brought me another diet coke. My drink was completely empty before I was finished eating.

Im 13 and i really want to be thinner
im 108 pounds and i look at myself in the mirror everyday and i feel like a disgrace 108 pounds and im 5'7
ive cut down my eating habits to 2 carrots+3 lettuce leaves a day and i do 1 hour of exercise in the morning and 2 at night

I'm about 70lbs overweight. I am 19 and have a very busy life. I am a full time college student, I work full time, and I help my mom (who has a tumor, going for surgery on Friday) raise my 3 siblings. Up until recently I didnt do exercises daily. I'd be lucky if I did them weekly!

I managed to find some time in the AM before I get ready for school/work.
This is what I do (in the order I do it in)
15 chair dips
30 sit ups
10 pushups
(and I repeat about 3 times)

I know that I need cardio also. I do get my heart rate up at work quite often (i work at a daycare) while playing with the kids outside/inside, and at school i park on the 6th floor of the parking garage (and i DONT take the elevator).

Asside from adding cardio, what improvements can I make to my daily exercises?I dont want to build big muscles, (but I've heard that having muscle burns more calories than having fat)... and please keep in mind that I only have about 15 minutes in the AM

Our relationship is just 8 months. It started last december, he said he was broke because he bought a new car and expected that i foot the bills, then he went to bury his grandmother i had to continue paying then he decided he needed to go into some big investments and this time i not only had to pay bills I had to fuel the car, give him pocket money and take care of emergencies without complaining.

I read this book about 30 years ago. It had something to do with a few boys who discovered an "old" club that some other boys had founded years earlier. They had to follow certain tasks to find out how to join the club. They made spears out of broom handles, made masks and some other stuff I can't quite remember. It had instructions on how to make these things as well. It turns out in the end that the boys father's were the original founders of the club. It was about a third grade reading level, maybe about 25-30 pages long. I got it from the school's book fair. That's about all I remember.
