The 2005 IRS forms are at:

For Ohio, go to:
http://dw.ohio.gov/tax/dynamicforms/
Then click on the "Advanced Search" button. Now for the tax type, pull down the "Individual Income Tax" button, and for the tax year, pull down "2005". Click on "Search" and you've got the forms.

http://dw.ohio.gov/tax/dynamicforms/searchresults.asp lists the 2005 forms (at bottom of page).

irs.gov is the federal site - you're looking for state forms.
