if you are undereating all you lose is water weight and muscle NOT fat and you will gain even more as soon as you start eating normal.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Step 1. Have well-balanced diet, your not overeating but your eating too little. Remember eat too little and you'll won't get the energy you need to exercise, and it will damage your health.
Step 2. See a school counselor, if you keep this up you might become anorexic or bulimic, and that would be an even bigger problem.
Step 3. If you're kind of chubby(because at your descriptions you COULDN'T be as fat as you say)then exercise normally, play sports with friends, I'd suggest 30 minutes to an hour a day.
Step 4. If others call you fat then just ignore it, everyone gets picked on about something sometime.

O.K. You are 13. You are already 5'7". You are 108 pounds.
The average weight for someone your height is 133 pounds.
You do the math.
The way you are eating is harmful to your body. You are not giving it what it needs to be healthy.
2 carrots & some lettuce leaves are barely enough for a rabbit much less a human being of 13. You know?
You need to be eating some whole grain cereals, breads, some protein (milk, yogurt, chicken, lean beef) and more vegetables than carrots. Do you want to get osteoporisis?(that big hump on older people backs)
Your bones need calcium to grow correctly too!
If you feel like you are not in shape, try eating more and doing some supervised weight training. In order to benefit from the weight training though, you gotta feed your body so the muscles can use something to firm them up.
Sounds like you are really down on yourself, I hope you can ask your parents or ask the school counselor for help.
I really, really hope this helps you!!
God Bless

from what you say, you're already VERY thin, maybe even too thin.
Be careful with what your doing. Your body is still groing (taller). If you lose too much more weight/grow taller, you're probably not going to like the outcome.
Your eating habits are not healthy. It sounds to me that your becoming/are anarexic. My mom had this problem when she was your age (13). She stopped eating, she got so so skinney that doctors thought she would never be able to have children!
Eating like that is going to do terrible things. You're skin wont be healthy, you're hair will start to fall out, your nails and teeth will become brittle. Your giving your body no nurishment.
Instead of eating the way you are eating, maybe just start to eat healthy. 6 small meals a day. a hand full of almonds(protein), a packet of yogurt (you need calcium), an apple, oatmeal (fiber).
Living a healthier life style is always fine for anybody - the skinniest to the biggest of people... but eating the way you're eating is just as bad as eating too much.
you're not fat. If anyone ever tells you that you are - they're nutso. dont listen to them.

I am concerned about what you are describing about yourself.
You do not sound fat. What you are eating is also not enough to help sustain your body and for growth. If you are only 13, you are still developing. Not eating enough can lead to stunted growth and a whole host of complications.
If you are obsessed with thoughts of being thin, you may be having an aneroxia eating disorder. Please know that this is not a fun condition to have. It can lead to death if you do not seek early treatment.
I suggest that you tell an adult (perhaps your parents) about this. You need to seek help from a pyschiatrist to help address your problem early. Don't leave it untreated!

Okay, try not to be bulimic or anorexic. Eat healthy. Exercise. A great exercise for losing weight is the treadmill. If you think you're done exercising, you can walk a LOT. Swimming also helps. So does cycling.

If you're being serious... you should really seek some medical attention because at your height and age, you should be about 130 pounds.
