I run a pet website and forum. I'm not sure what I can add or change to get more users.

Currently I have contests, brag boards to share your pets. Being a member is a free, but people who are willing to pay $3.95 get a few perks. Such as a forum only for paid members, the ability to upload personalized pics, and create participate in polls.

I'm looking for any ideas. Thanks guys.

I volunteer for a non-profit organization. I travel extensively for meetings, etc, out of pocket, and I maintain records of my travel (receipts, expense statements).

Several of the trips are required as part of my responsibilities. Most trips exceed $250/trip. But the non-profit did not give me a written statement. I noticed the IRS is asking for a written statement from the non-profit saying I was not reimbursed.

Can I ask for a statement now to substantiate I did not get reimbursed for my travel last year?

K, I want to lose weight to get the attraction of this dude that I have liked for almost 4 years. I asked him out last year, and he never answered, and now this ***** who is my best friends friend told him, and he said to my friend that he doesnt care that I like him. Back to the weight. I cant get him, or my weight off my mind. He said that he wanted a g/f that was 96 pounds, (Not to my face, it was a activity in church.) and I am SO not that. I am 147 pounds, 5'2, and I know that that weight is so not healthy, but I do want to get slimer. I really want him to like me. I would say no to him if he ever started liking me if I were to change apperance, and I will, but I really want to lose weight. How do I do it, and posibly by June? FYI I am about to b 14, and I really think I might . . . Love him. I just dont know what to do. What do I do about the weight? I mean what are some ways to lose it and get real results? if an 18 year old girl who is in a steady relationship with someone she loves very much (and who loves her) got pregnant, would you advise that person to have the baby or not?

I just want to tell you about my relationship, and i want HONEST peoples, opinions.. At Easter I got about 6 different flyers asking me to come to churches (all of different varients of Christianity) for a sermon / service. Should these unsolicited flyers be classed as spam (maybe not the right word - but the forced below the line advertising), the same as credit card companies asking for you to sign up and fast food restaurants? Because you can ask the Post Office to stop delivering the junk mail to your door, but churches ask members to deliver it so you are forced to read it. So is it right you are forced to receive it and all the paper it waste. For the record, i think it is Spam and it should be stopped.

I like Buffon and Cannavaro because they are good human beings. Buffon is loyal and he showed it when he stayed in Juventus. Cannavaro is just class act. I don't like C. Ronaldo because his too cocky. I like Players who have the same personalities as me not those who are selfish and cocky.
