It works if you do a light layer of PASTE. Not GEL. PASTE.
And no it will not affect you in the future. And hun you need to use something on your face! Believe me I understand what it's like having sensetive skin but you need to use something. Buy some Johnsons And Johnsons PURPOSE to use on your face in the shower. It's as gentle as water and I use the kind that comes in the pump. In the morning get something that you can pour onto a cotton ball, or a container of cleansing pads. Try Neutrogena. And if you have oily skin get youself some oil blotters to blot your face with during school. I think I use Clean And Clear Oil Blotters, and they don't take off your makeup or anything.

the toothpaste thing is actually a beauty myth. Saw an episode of tyra banks on last fall and the editor for allure magzine was on and she said that back in 70s and 80s when toothpaste was very basic, not with all the whiteners, etc. the primary ingredient was salcylic acid. Now days there are way too many additives in toothpaste and that it can actually cause you more harm than good. Especially if you have sensitive skin. You are actually better off crushing up plain old aspirin, mixing with water to form a paste and putting that on the pimple.

if your acne is a huge problem, go to see a dermatologist.

Just add a light layer of toothpaste on a zit and let it dry. Then go to sleep. Wash it off in the morning.

Just use a cotton ball and wipe you skin clean with some rubbing alcohol or peroxide. That will dry it up real fast.

I guess you can. I heard it was true. I use clearasil pads and cream and sometimes hydrogen peroxide. It's like $1 at any drug store.
