Having birthday dinner with Christian wife and another date.

Any suggestions?

My wife is celebrating her birthday on Monday, and I obviously would like to take her out to dinner to celebrate. It's been an average at best 13 years, so I might as wll give her some credit for not completely dragging me down with her.

However, my girlfriend is in town for Monday ONLY! This sucks. So, how difficult would it be to go out to dinner twice in one night?

I'll leave work early and go to my girlfriends hotel. After we "do our homework", I'll send her to a Korean restaurant and say "I have to do something at the office"

I think I'll then send the wife to a nearby Italian restaurant. After we get settled, I'll fake a stomach ache, and use this time to run across the street to the Korean restaurant in the area. I'll split the time this way until it comes time to leave.

Does it have a chance of working?

I'm going to need all of Jesus with me on this one!

Hi, im 27 years old,
My doctor said that I have high cholesterol level, and gave me a prescription pill, called TRICOR , but i dont understand how bad it is, here is the way that is broken down in the paper i have.

CHOLESTEROL = 179 MG/DL <200
TRIGLYCERIDE= 291 H MG/DL <150


Can someone tell me if this is really bad?

It is there from early in the year until summer/autumn. the sound it makes is like a long, thrumming drill, or as if the branches are creaking overhead; a real deep, throaty, purr sound.
You never seem to see them (there sounds to be more than one) and the wood is mainly oaks and birch. Other birds include blackbird, thrush, starling, wood pigeon and, esp. at this time, crow and magpie. But we don;t think its any of those.
There are lots of grey squirrels and one or two rats, if that helps.
I'm in Yorkshire, northern England.

I've seen two of Kubrick's movies, The Shining and 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Both were very tiring to watch, both the Shining and Space Odyssey had long, slow scenes which are exceedingly boring

I know that Kubrick is a reputable director, but is he famous for anything else other than the ones listed above?

Why do people try to say that like an insult? Even if someone did look like a gorilla, gorillas are beautiful! I would rather look like a gorilla then an ugly racist. Besides we all came form apes remember? Unless you believe in the creation, but then again someone calling other gorillas can not believe in the creation, that would make them Christian. Christianity and racism do not go hand in hand. So puny smalled brained people who say others look like gorillas YOU MUST BELIEVE we came from apes SO WE ALL LOOK LIKE MONKEYS!

...Religious people saying Hitler was an atheist? I'm sorry, he was not. Nothing I have ever read suggested he was anything other than Catholic. MOST information I have ever heard/seen has suggested Hitler's hatred of Jews, partially based on them supposedly killing Jesus Christ. Yet I have heard many religious people say he was an Atheist. I'm sorry but trying to say anyone who commits any form of 'evil' is atheist is just offensive. Allthough, anyone who can give me links to one or more NON-biased sites saying Hitler is anything But a catholic person, is more than welcome to. I'm always open to new information. Don't hate, I'm honestly curious. Atheists don't want him, PLEASE, have him all for yourself. hah. Thank you
