I believe the clay mask just absorbs the existing oil on your face. It doesn't stop your skin from producing more oil, so you'll probably have to do it once a week. for oily face you need glycolic acid md forte has a great face product that you can buy online for oily skin and is only recommended by derm. I buy mine online at medispa.com as they are cheaper, sounds like you have sensitive skin, any detergent or perfumes will irrate you face causing break outs even towels dried in fabric softner, also for under and over makeup clinque had a great product you put on call pore minimizer t zone shine control for during the day and is safe only about 12 -15 dollars good luck ps I use them both as I suffer from sever oil and they work great for me

use lancome's lotion it does wonders my nose used to be so shiny and ever since i started using it my nose looks matte every day

JUST AS LONG AS YOU DON'T OVER DO IT. I DO MINE FOR 2X A WEEK. IF I DO ANY MORE THAN THAT MY SKIN WILL GET VERY DRY AND FLAKE. SO JUST AS LONG AS YOU DON'T OVER DO IT.
