Hi,
Male 20...i have been working out almost 5/6 days a week from last 3 months for about an hour (cardio and strength training)....just couple of days before i started feeling tired (muscle aches) especilly after workout......and now i sometimes feel like lack of enerygy and light headed....and lack of concentration espeially when studying...
My hands/feet gets cold very often....

Can the poor diet be reason of light headed and aches....
i have been careless as far diet has been concerned....
Any tips what should i eat

I have been married 8yrs and things have never been great. I have just tried to make him happy by giving in to what he wants. 5yr ago we both were injured in a bad accident and he promised he would change and be more involved. Not the case- he is the only child and very much about his parents. I have a great job and work all day, come home and do everything-house,yard,children's activities,etc. And he goes to his parent's 2 nights a wk to eat and do work there and every Sat is there and some Sundays. And now he wonders why I am so distant and bitter! I have fallen out of love and I am just there doing it all! All of this led me to open up to someone else and they tell me that I have become cold and independant, do not know what real love is like and that I had my kids to have unconditional love! I think they are right - but I know leaving will be hard because of kids. I love this person he gets it and says stay for kids, he wants me but is married to and is staying because of kids?????

I find it interesting that there's all these people that cling to Pascal's wager to hedge their bets. Yet if you were an omnipotent creator of the universe who could see into people's hearts, wouldn't you feel a bit insulted by this cynical each way bet approach?

It seems to me that Pascal's wager is inherently an exercise in being dishonest with yourself.

Wouldn't a god see it as dishonest as well?

for real love?or will love find us or we should look for it?But then everytime the person i met are just the same..........somehow there are people in their early twenties have found love and married but some wait for ages?how come?What is it like when you find real love the person you meet or it just doesn't exist to some people?if it does but there is no sign?could it be just our luck?

Min. pin., jack terrier mix, about a year and a half old. He's been acting strange all morning. Will not move at all, he's shaking and he snaps at me when I try to pet him. Last night he was his normal playful self and this morning he's like this.

He has had his shots and I quit feeding him dogfood several weeks ago.

Well, we were originally to be married in like 3 months but then crazy things happened and then i found out i was pregnant and decided i didnt want to have a wedding right now. All throughout my family, the women always believed that a child should get the mother's last name if not married. Should i stick to this or give the child my partners last name??

Is there a rating system anywhere?

I might be moving to Charlotte, NC in the next 12 months and will be needing a TOP NOTCH realtor, someone who will not sleep till they find me the absolute BEST house for me and my family. when your pet was alive or after they passed
please no rude answers, i am very much scared of death and havent had anyone close to me die and i will go nuts when my dogs do and my family.

I made a tiramisu for my friend's birthday for tonight. All the recipes I looked up called for eggs, but none of them said to cook the eggs first, so my tiramisu contains raw eggs. Is this safe, and is this normal for tiramisu??? Thanks.
