I have low blood sugar and I'd like to correct that statement. Low blood sugar makes you jittery, excessively hungry all at once--nothing building up to it just suddenly extremely hungry. It's most similar to a sugar high. If the blood sugar drops lower, you get sorta drunk. Your eyes have trouble focusing and your speech is slurred. People think you are drunk (see recent article Mr Universe arrested) Your blood sugar has to get extremely low in order to feel light headed and dizzy. It is about 3 minutes before you pass out. So you would have described it differently to us.

Lack of energy is the fact that you are not eatting enough carbs. Are you on a lowcarb diet? You need carbs if you are going to maintain that type of workout. 5-6 days, an hour a day is a lot.

Yes your body is trying to tell you that you have a poor diet. The body simply cannot do everything. When you aren't feeding it it wants to conserve. But you are working out 6 hrs a week so it can't. Well then it has to do something less--so it's pulling back from the blood flow and that is causing you to become light headed.

You should eat about an hour before working out. Also you definitely should consult with a trainer at the gym as to what a healthy diet should be. You are 20 but it doesn't say if you are trying to lose weight or maintain your weight. You work out an hour every day but what about the rest of the time. Are you fairly active, walking around campus and things, or do you sit behind a desk the rest of the time? Thats important for how many calories you need to be taking in.

If you are forgetting to eat, that is a big problem. It messes up your workout by slowing your metabolism. I consider keeping a food journal for a few days. Write down every bit of food that crosses your lips. Every beverage, snack, real meal. If it has calorie info on it--write that down as well. Then you will be able to meet with the trainer and give him all the info about your diet, where you go wrong, and your workout routine.

With as lil info as you gave us, a trainer won't be able to help you come up with a good diet but chances are you need to be eatting more frequently.

Explain to the trainer that you need to talk about nutritional needs as well. Often some trainers aren't really qualified but they can suggest you talk a different trainer. Take this dizziness and fatigue as a serious sign that your body is trying to get your attention.

Good luck!

Dude, go get yourself a session with a personal trainer, some gyms do 1 session free....they will be able to help you put together not only a work out that is right for the result you want but also a diet that will sustain it.

Definelty a poor diet contributes to headaches. Make sure that you recieve every food from the recommended food pyramid. Im not trying to tell you to chow down on lots of food, but dieting and exercising can make your body freak out.

You could possibly have low blood sugar for which those are the symptoms. It can happen if your liver glycogen stores are low from either low carb diets or working out too often. Carbs are needed for the brain and the nervous system.

Take more rest days to recover and eat a balanced diet.

Here are links to info about low carb diets. Even if you are not on one, depleted liver glycogen will have the same effect.

you can use any mild rubbing compound and clean them off, this will remove the dull look from them, you can also get a cleaner from advance or auto zone that will remove this, and then you wax them like you would the car,and it makes them hold the shine for a long time,i usually do this about 3 times a year to mine, good luck.
