at start up i get this following message:

svchost.exe- Application Error
The instruction at "0x77f52322" referenced memory at "0x00002b48"
The memory could not be "read"
Click ok to terminate the program

i either click the close button or the okay button but either way when i log in on anyones account i get this message:

NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM is shutting down due to Remote Procedute Call (RPC) was terminated unexpectedly.

also most of the time when i log on the start button, and the bar at the button on the screen (where the start button is located) is gone.

what happened and how do i fix it.

The show's charity fundraiser had raised more than $1.3 million Thursday before Imus learned he had lost his job. The total had grown Friday to more than $2.3 million for Tomorrows Children's Fund, CJ Foundation for SIDS and the Imus Ranch, Deirdre Imus said. The annual event has raised more than $40 million since 1990.
Imus' troubles have also affected his wife, the founder of a medical center that studies links between cancers and environmental hazards whose book "Green This!" came out this week. Her promotional tour was called off "because of the enormous pressure that Deirdre and her family are under," said Simon & Schuster publicist Victoria Meyer.
The Deirdre Imus Environmental Center for Pediatric Oncology in Hackensack, N.J., works to identify and control exposures to environmental hazards that may cause adult and childhood cancers. Imus Ranch in New Mexico invites children who have been ill to spend time on a working cattle ranch.

After working with a girl I'm attracted to for a number of months I've built up a good friendship within the workplace with her. She has a boyfriend but never mentions him, he was casually mentioned by someone else. She shows usual signs of attraction such as good eye contact, preening, teasing - i do this back, fidgets around me, particularly her legs and blushes frequently. I should mention that she is a lovely girl and is not outrageously flirting or leading me on. We usually go out for lunch as part of a group and she has mentioned to me about going out on an evening as a group.

I am leaving this job soon and wondered how I should leave it with her as it may be unlikely that I see her again. When I leave should I give her my number and let her know that I would like her to call me should her circumstances change in the future, or would she find it strange and see me as just a friend.

We are setting up a new household and my wife is getting a desktop pc. I am getting my first laptop and we want to share a printer. She is happy at a desk while I want to take the laptop outside or to the den or poolside. I don't want to share my info/network connection with the neighbors. Since we are getting everything new, we can get whatever equipment is required. BTW, do I want draft N?

ive been married for 4 yrs., wonderful. the thing is my mother in law. always controlling and snooping around the make sure my house is clean/. she isnt good with kids at all, so my kids dont want to go over and watch her get drunk and call up ppl starting drama. i have almost blown up soo many times, but afraid of the rumors she will spread. everything is her sons doing soo good and i am the back burner. i raise 4 kids all day!! plz help... im ready to blow!!

If you sign up for email updates or notices from a company, are you put off by HTML formatting (images / background colors / etc) in the emails? Is there a point where the HTML formatting is too much? How to you feel about: inline links, font-sizes / text-formatting, background colors, tables, etc? What's acceptable and what isn't?
