All of them. I constantly change my position every 30 minutes or so.

I normally sleep on my left side, because I heard it was better for problems like heartburn and acid reflux, and I've got acid reflux. Now it's just a habit, so, normally left and sometimes right. I can't get to sleep on my back and if I sleep on my tummy, I'll wake up with a stomachache for some reason.

i sleep all different kinds of way but it is more healthier for you to sleep on your back and side, if you sleep on your belly then it can cause some internal problems in the future.

I'm a belly sleeper, and always turn my head to the left. Sometimes I'll find myself fighting to fall asleep, then realize I'm on my back. After turning over, voila! Instant snoozage.

Great question!

To fall asleep, I have to be on my right side in a fetal position. After I'm asleep, any position goes.
