EDIT: To reference the other answers, you DON'T NEED TO REFORMAT.

It sounds to me like you have the Blaster worm on your computer.

Here's some more info about it:
http://www.updatexp.com/msblast-exe.html

and here's a link to the removal tool from Symantec:
http://www.symantec.com/content/en/us/global/removal_tool/threat_writeups/FixBlast.exe

Download that removal tool and visit the following page for instructions on how to remove the virus:

Hope this helps!

Your computer is detecting a program error. Something isn't loading correctly. If you have a Microsoft program, a window should pop up, and ask you if you want to report this error?. It can be corrected automatically on line through Windows. If you're not the original owner of the operating system, you may not be receiving the updates. If you are, call Microsoft direct. Now, let's find you task bar. Move your cursor down to the bottom of the screen slowly until it turns into a double vertical arrow. Left click, and hold, now raise slowly. There it is!.

Hello.

I no the problem you are having i had it its realy easy to fix you dont need to resotre or anythink but its best if you back up you reg.

The best way to fix it is to get (Pc tools Reg Cleaner) or if your like me and have no money to buy it then download a free reg cleaner like (reg vac) or even (Ccleaner) But if you dont follow the insructions on the software you may have to do a full system recovery another solution is to reboot your pc in safe mode, then click right click on my computor and go to properties then click on tools and click check for errors and tick all the boxs then it should pop up saysin that it can't do it while the Pc is booted so it will ask you to do a system restart, then when you restart it will pop with a scaning engine that scans all your pc for errors and bad settings then it should fix all problems and reboot your pc a couple of times to get the pc used to the error fix if you need any more help email me alanmoore799@btinternet.com.

Go to download.com and search for AdAware Personal Edition and download it (free). This will find most of your 'junk' and quarantine/delete it for you. Run that and do a defrag on the hard drive. If you still have your windows cd, run it after doing this and click on repair. You should be okay after that. If not, go to hijackthis! (google it) and read through a couple of the posts there. There is further instructions that WILL help, all of which can be done for free. Just takes a wee bit of time.

=) Good luck!

Sounds like Explorer is hosed. You may need to reinstall Windows.

You could also have a bad stick of memory or a bad area on the hard drive. I have seen that cause weird errors like that. Run some checks on the drive and memory and see what that finds.

And last but not least, it could be a virus or spyware. You may start there.

refomat your computer the best i can think right now sorry

but i tell you what you got
Your system becomes sluggish and you find that something called svchost or dllhost is taking nearly 100% of your CPU.
Your system reports that svchost has performed an illegal operation and will be terminated. After that various things fail to work properly, if at all.
After you log in, your system automatically reboots in one minute. ? a Svchost and Svchost.exe - Crashes, CPU maximization, viruses, exploits and more.

so you really should reformat but you will lose all your data
