After working with a girl I'm attracted to for a number of months I've built up a good friendship within the workplace with her. She has a boyfriend but never mentions him, he was casually mentioned by someone else. She shows usual signs of attraction such as good eye contact, preening, teasing - i do this back, fidgets around me, particularly her legs and blushes frequently. I should mention that she is a lovely girl and is not outrageously flirting or leading me on. We usually go out for lunch as part of a group and she has mentioned to me about going out on an evening as a group.

I am leaving this job soon and wondered how I should leave it with her as it may be unlikely that I see her again. When I leave should I give her my number and let her know that I would like her to call me should her circumstances change in the future, or would she find it strange and see me as just a friend.

Thanks.

Exchange email addresses. It's less intimidating than talking on the phone. You can just say " hey, let's keep in touch and maybe hang out sometime".

I would leave her your number and let her know that her and her b/f ever should decide to split up to give you a call. Let her know that you are attracted to her but under the circumstances you didn't make any type of move. If she tells you she only likes you as a friend than you can still say well if your ever in my area give me a call we will do lunch. But you will never know unless you try.

Give her your number let her know that you would like to go out on an evening as a group. if she is interested she will text or phone you. don't mention about "if her circumstances change".
If you don't feel you can do that then take the bull by the horns and ask her out on a date that way you will know one way or the other if she fancy's you or just wants to be friends.
Good luck

I think you should leave it like you said. Offer her your number & tell her if things don't work out with her current situation she should give you a call. I will say this don't wait for that call & don't be disappointed if she doesn't call. Flirting is normal, just because you're in a relationship doesn't mean that you're not going to be attracted to other people, so what she was doing could've been just harmless flirting but she doesn't mean anything by it.

You have to take the chance. It is a risk that could lead to love, so I suggest that you talk to her and invite her to a nice place. Maybe she need to go out an start see thing in a different way. It could also lead to knowhere also, but thats life.

Why that is so complicate to mans after all a good friend is a win win to.

Just casually tell her where you are going or where you will be working next so if she wants to she can track you down.

I think giving her your number or your email would be fine...just don't ask her for anything

If you want it go for it. Get her. Just do it. Nevermind her boyfriend , there is attraction anyway...
