I start work 3 hours before he does but he is a light sleeper so my alarms wake him up every morning. I'm a bit of a heavy sleeper so if I don't have an alarm I wont wake up on time.

I refuse to. I think it looks stupid, and you come off rude and get people thinking you're talking to them, when you're really talking to someone else. I think I'd look absolutely deranged using it on the street. Plus I'm really prone to ear infections. (I don't use iPod buds, either--I have headphones that are twice as big as the iPod itself!) Who else is holding out on this and insisting on actually using the phone?

Yesterday I had posted that my boyfriend's father had died. Well, they have decided on a date for the funeral. I wanted to know if I would get the sit with him and his family, or would his ex-wife get priority over me? Or would it be up to my boyfriend who sits with him?

I've been looking for work for a long time (years on end) during and after I finished school. So far, regular prayer hasn't done a thing for me. More than 5 years have passed now and I can only vouch for two or three extremely short-term positions and several unpaid internships. I cannot understand it. A family member sent me a novena in French. I read the first day's with some difficulty. (I read, but didn't understand all that I read.) I'd like to find this same novena -- and any other that would help me -- in English. What I have is called "Neuvaine au Saint enfant Jésus miraculeux de Prague".

I have a really banal wife that I have been legally obligated to for the past 13 years next month. It's been a mostly average marital ride. Not really bad, not that interesting either.

Some of the women I meet during my missions work tend to make things a lot more interesting. Of course, due to my marriage and obligations to God I tend to keep things rather simple and to a minimum.

However, I have spent the last six months with a really wonderful Korean girl. I converted her last November, and she looks to me as her personal leader towards Christ. I am natually willing to take on this role, one I have been groomed for my whole life.

However, she is starting to question my ability to commit to her. I have told her frequently to just look at my marriage. If 13 years doesn't show her that I am a person of integrity, I don't know what will.

I would just introduce her to the wife for a character reference, but the little woman doesn't know about my extra "homework assignments" if you catch my drift.

I guess I'll just keep praying!

grinds her teeth continuously while she sleeps, so bad sometimes, she wakes her older sister , who shares a room with her.
Is there any way I can stop her from doing it?
And is doing it causing her teeth any damage?

I've had experiences with three girls and so far the main reason why they ran out was because of my erratic mood swings and my constant sadness. It seems as if depression is the ultimate pet peeve of any woman despite any physical appearance or money. I've have been dealing with this supposed illness for 7 years and it hasn't gotten any better despite medication. Will I be lonely forever? Is depression a universal turn-off?

The top of the tank is all rusted, so the gas spills out, so I need a funnel with a hose that I can stick down past the little trap door and actually get the gas into the tank. Once it's past that, it's fine, it's just that the top of the gas tank has rusted away. It's a 1991 car and I don't want to put money into it. Can I buy such a contraption somewhere and for how much?

We had a family dinner together and I had lost track of my boyfrind. So I looked for him everywhere. I had asked for him by his name and some guy said he was just on the jumbo screen doing it with a gurl. I had seen him walking out the club drunk and with the gurl. So I had walked up to him and asked him what was going on. He didn't say anything but the gurl asked who I was and I said his gurlfiend and she said that he didn't have one because that's what he told her. I had the keys to his truck in my hand and showed them to her. Then I woke up.

There's a lot of stuff about atheism versus conservative Christianity in the media right now--books, magazine articles like the recent debate between Sam Harris and Rick Warren in Newsweek, etc. Do those of you who aren't either atheists or conservative Christians feel left out? I've been quickly becoming friends with this boy. Last weekend me, him, and a friend of mine went to the movies. It was fun, and he emailed me l8r and told me he had a great time. I told him we should do it again and he said we should definitely hang out again. So the other day he emailed me and was all, "I have 3 days off of work. Wanna hang out 1 of those days?" I said yes and he asked me what day would be good. A day or so passed and I didn't hear anything from him. I called a few times an no answer, and I messaged him and still no word. Then yesterday he emailed me and was like, "Sorry, I've been really busy. Do you mind if we plan a time to hang out next week instead? I hope your not mad at me. :)" I was pretty dissapointed, but my mom said it was no big deal and that he probably really is busy. Does anyone think he's blowing me off? What if he says the same thing next week? We're not dating or anything, but were becoming quick friends. Any ideas on what's going on? Thanks so much

i took a home pregnancy test and the negative line was very bold and seen very clearly but in the pregancy space, the line was very faint. like you could only see it if held close to the face. am i pregnant or not?
