I was streching this morning and I hurt teh left side of my neck. I just raised my arms and tilted my neck to the right. After that the left side of my neck tightned up and it hurts really bad. Mostly my bottom left, neck towards the back of the neck hurts the most. It spreads from there to my shoulders.

I wanted to take a muscle relaxer but...I'm only 15. Is it dangerous? Will it stop my heart?

What could I do about this...?

I'm 12 and the first of my friends to have bf. Is it okay to want to kiss him? I know I can't help my feelings but if you think 12s too young I wont tell anybody. What age did you have your first kiss? Does it have to be on the lips to be a ''first kiss''?

Although I sleep 9 hours a night and have had all the sleep apena testing I suffer from extreme daytime sleepiness. Narcolepsy is what the doc says. I have tried Addeerall and don't like it at all. I have read up on Provigil and it sounds pretty well tolerated. The Doctor also says I have fibromyalgia, But I am not for sure of that as I have been diagnosed with several spine problems and meniscal tears in knees, also some arthritis, that I figure they all kind of fall in the fibro range. So I am afraid Doc is just using the fibro thing to quit looking . SO as I have researched alot I am just interested in finding out from anyone that has used Provigil how well it works. It is so expensive I can't afford another batch of meds that I won't use.

My boss has asked for my career goals for my review this year. I've been at this company for 11 years, this position 4. I'm happy doing what I'm doing, and feel like I'm a "life-er" with the company. If hydrogen is actually costing 6 to 15 times the energy to manufacture, will cost trillions to provide the infrastructure, then why are so many trying to push it? If battery powered vehicles (full electrics) are only able to get 20 to 75 miles per charge, why do we like them? Personally I like the idea of the new clean diesel engines being provided, and mated with hybrid technology. Pros? Diesel fuel infrastructure is already in place, only needs a little expansion. Hybrid tech is already showing itself to be superior to hydrogen in durability, and in cost savings. Cons - I dont really see them... modern diesels are cleaner, quieter and more powerful than ever. Hybrids, especially with the American mindset of GO GO GO are showing they can go and save fuel. Tell me some of your ideas and thoughts on this topic. Enjoy
