No person created "us".
We were created by evolution. The human species evolved over thousands of years.

I'm and Atheist.
There is no evidence that we were created by anyone but our mothers.
All creatures were made by their mothers, but they arose as the reasult of a sparadic chemical process begun randomly billions of years ago.

Can't answer that. Was it a god? Maybe. Was it the God from the Bible, Allah from the Quran, or any other gods from any other manmade religion? Most likely not.
I don't know how the universe began or who started it (if there was something behind it). But I DO know that no human religion knows why.

We evolved. It took ~3,700,000,000 years, but every life-form you see around you, and much, much, much more, evolved over this incredibly long time (you know, of course, that some 99.6% of all species have gone extinct).

Evolution is descent with modification due to random genetic mutation, and (non-random) natural selection.

Well you just can't get it into your head right! No one did, no one created matter it was already there, we evolve from micro organisms till we become what we are.
