I am going to assume you want it to be 65F during the day mostly and fluctuating 5 degrees either way would not ruin your day. Pebble Beach in California is one place. The fog keeps it cool a lot. They get up to 80F for perhaps two weeks every year. So you could go on vacation elsewhere when that happens.

Caves in the Northern Mojave Desert are 65F all year long.

Also caves near Tuscon Arizona are 65F all year.

I would imagine certain places on the east or west coast of Africa that are foggy and near the equator would be close to 65F all year long.
