I just picked up the book and started practicing The Secret. I'm waiting for happy experiences to happen to me, especially since some pretty crappy things happened to me recently. I'm not wanting money or material things, It's something that means much more to me than that.

I would like to hear other peoples' experiences with it. Please, no negative or rude comments. No crazy Christian critisicm, either. I'm just a regular person wanting to hear about some good experiences for others. Thanks :)

Once there was a family of 4: a mom, a dad, and 2 boys. One was 14, the other was 4. One day the parents went out for a week for their 10th year of marraige.
Then, the afternoon before the parents came home(they come home at night of shower)the 14 year old was taking a shower.
In comes the 4 year old, in the shower with his bro.
"What's that?" said the 4 year old pointing to his older brother's package.
"Mr.Wiggles, that's his name,"
"ooohhhhh, cool." said the 4 year old.
That night, the 14 year old went to sleep, and it was 12:00pm when the younger bro. asked if he could sleep with him, he said, yes.
The parents came home that night, and they heard a loud yell in the older brother's roo. They ran upstairs," why'd you yell,Landon?"
"ask Bobby,"
"bobby...."
"Well , i wanted to play with Mr.Wiggles. And he spit on me, so i bit him!"

I am re-building deck stairs and would like to build the new stair stringers using exterior grade or Pressure Treated laminated or engineered lumber that won't warp or bow. I need to buy four 2 X 12's at least 16 ft long. Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

we know each other for 4 years, we always liked each other romantically. reccently he has been talking to me a lot about his college life, what he will do after, university, career plans, etc. I didnt ask him about it, he just randomly tells me, he tells me about his life in the country & college where he studies, he asks me when i finnish school etc. (hes 18)
he also started to talk about his family and comparing the fact that we both have divorced parents etc. he tells me he will deffinately introduce me to his friends from his country.
p.s (im very close to his other group of friends & they like me) & he knows most of my friends.
problem is that in september he had a break up wit his gf and his friends say he isnt looking 4 anyone at the moment, just f*cking around and stuff ( with me and others i guess) but i dont think it applies to me, do u?
does he really want me in his future or is it all bullsh*t?

it doesn't state k is a constant. why k cannot treat that has relation with s?

I am new to this and somehow I closed my question yesterday so Please help me...
I find it is so terribly hard to deal with my heartache alone but when you share three kids how am I to do it when I still have to see him? It is Easter today and I am finding it so painful to deal...I put on my "I'm ok" mask for my kids this morning and it is taking everything I have to not just curl up in a ball and cry. My 8 yr. old saw me crying late last night and said she is hurt too. I feel ashamed that she can handle this and I can't. How can someone that you have loved for so long be so cruel? I know I should be angry for what he has done but all I can think about is how much I love him and how much I need him here...I am falling apart...and I have gone to seek professional help but there is not much they can do for me...antidepressants is what they gave me...yeah in about a month they might work but I need help now. PLEASE!

I am a single mother to a 5 year old girl that sees her father (we are seperated, we were not married, but he lives nearby) occassionally on the weekends, he doesnt arrange times to come, doesnt call to talk to her often, calls unexpectedly expecting to to see her when other plans have already been made, doesnt provide financial support for her and doesent think that he is ever in the wrong even though it clearly upsets my daughter, I would like to know the process that I would have to go through if I wanted to gain outright custody of my daughter and if anyone has been through the same thing and what they did with regard to the law and custody. I am in the UK. All answers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I was due for a period on the 2nd and I am now 6 days late. I am usually very regular. My next period isn't due till the 30th. I took a pregnancy test just because I am dying to know if I am or I am not. It came back negative. I took an equate pregnancy test and the minus sign that tells you that you are not pregnant is very faint when the other minus sign is clear as day. It should have a plus and minus sign to indicate pregnancy. Since my minus sign is faint, should I test again next month? Or when should I test again? I am just looking for a clear, positive result.

i am having trouble at he moment getting my 2yr old to bed at night. she ishaving majour paddies and is starting to kick again when i put on her nappy then she is tensing up her body so it takes ages to get her in to the bath and she keeps on trying to get out but after i have finally got her bathed and dressed she doesnt stay in bed i have tryed the rapid returnthing likeon all the pareting programmes but she is not giving up and as me and my husband worked shifts i often have to do bed time on my own and with grace(2) acting up so much my bedtimeroutinehas gone pear shaped and means that the other to kelsey(3) and maddie(5) arehaving there times for bath story andlightsout all changed and they are now being dificult to. they are just testing and trying to stay up aslong as possible but they are no where near as strong willed as grace. i have tryed getting maddie and kelsey to help out with the routine but im having no luck
