Also, consider Denise Austin's Ultimate Fat Burner. It is an incredibly intense cardio workout and I still don't make it through the whole thing.

Pilates...anything pilates..its fantastic..it helps you move specific muscles to tone in the area's you need. Check out on ebay what is available. You can get some good workout dvd's for a cheap price.
