A mass m1 is connected by alight string that passes over a pulley of mass M to a mass m2 as shown in the figure. Both masses move vertically ans there is no slippage between the string and the pulley. The pulley has a radius of 30 cm and a moment of inertia of MR^2. If m1 is 4.0 kg, m2 is 3.0 kg, and M is 6.0 kg then what is the acceleration of the masses??

No I'm not generalizing people, but I do notice that some white people want to look black (tanned skin, collogen lips, butt implants); black people want to look white (chemically straghten hair, nose jobs, bleaching their skin); asians want to look white (plastic surgery on their eyes to make their eye lids look heavier, to resemble a white persons eyes). What are your thoughts?

I think the participative (direct) democracy is better than representative democracy。
In a country with a representative democracy the people interests are represented by the members of the parliament they elected. But after the elections the people can not really control what their representatives do.
But in a country as Switzerland, where there is participative democracy since 19th century, the people can purpose laws that can be voted by referendum. And if they don't like a law voted by the parliament they can purpose a better law to be voted by a referendum.
Also, in a participative democracy there is less room for coruption, because the people can check how are spent the money they paid for taxes to the state.

I come from the Philippines. What is the best option to make my travel cheaper? Should I take the rail to visit other major European cities? Last February, scientists at the Uppsala University, Sweden conducted a study on the effect of estrogen-like pollutants on male born frogs. Two species of frogs were exposed to such pollutants with less than 50% of them being females. The population that received the heaviest dose of estrogen became 95% female in one case and 100% in another. Pollutants used in the study are similar to the ones in the environment (in pesticides, industrial wastes, etc). Because of its effect on frogs, I wonder if it might be possible that these same pollutants can affect the male humans and might also lead to the extinction of the male species entirely.

Israel is said to have the right of existence though there were people (Palestinians) living on that land and many massacres were committed against them by the Zionist gangs and many also were made homeless. I am gay, and when I am not hearing about how correct it is to be heterosexual, I am hearing of all the complaints str8 women have with men and str8 men have with women. I am seeing questions all over yahoo answers with str8 girls asking why r guys such jerks or why cant guys be nice, are there any nice guys left out there, and str8 men not being able to figure out women. Now, just because I'm gay doesn't mean I want to only help out gay people, I want to help out heterosexual people figure out the opposite sex and what is wrong. So str8 men, could you answer the following 4 questions I frequently see from women: 1. Why do guys care so much about sex more than anything else? Is there anything else you could do romantically 2.
