Tough question but here's a go at it.

1. Eisenhower- kept us out of war and presided over a very prosperous country.
2. Reagan- like him or not a momemtous presidency
3. Clinton- a pretty good caretaker of the office and the country
4. George Bush Senior- nothing spectacular domestically but led well in the Gulf War
5. Ford- guided the country through a very tough time
6. Nixon - EPA, Clean water act, recognized China
7. LBJ- gets very high marks for his work on Civil Rights
8. Kennedy- very inspirational but spotty achievements and too short a tenure to really have made a lasting impact
9. GW Bush - the jury is still out but it does not look good
10. Carter- what can you say? failed in all major aspects of national policy

1. Reagan - successful both foreign and domestic.
2. Eisenhower - see Reagan
3. Clinton - successful domestically and no real foreign success or failure.
4. Nixon - Great triumphs foreign, so-so domestic.
5. Ford - Okay both foreign and domestic.
6. Bush, GHW - Success foreign, not so much domestic.
7. Kennedy - Up and down foreign, couldn't seem to work with Democratic (his party) domestically.
8. Bush GW - Domestic has brought economy back, but foreign has eluded him to render him ineffective now.
9. Carter - dismal record foreign and domestic - the only success he had was a gift from Walter Cronkite.
10. Johnson - Disaster foreign. Domestic began "The Great Society" which was to wipe out poverty. Poverty is still with us and we have spent Billions to no avail. All we have done is created a massive subculture in the US dependent on government.

Easy.
Kennedy, Clinton, Ford, Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Jimmy Carter.
The others--Richard Nixon, Lyndon B. Johnson, and George W. Bush were all insane and worse than useless. in that order.
