I have a 12 month old that I have been trying to switch to cow's milk. For the last month and a half I have been putting a little mixed with formula. About 3 weeks ago I went to straight whole milk. Last Thursday my son threw up during the night, and has been having diarrhea for the last week, he also threw up last Sunday night. His diapers have been very stinky and have a yellowish foamy look to them. They usually run out of his diaper down his leg and he has kept a diaper rash the last couple of weeks, we have tried every rash cream possible. We had stool sample checked for Clostridum difficile and Rotavirus. Both were negative, Is it possible that he could have a milk allergy, of some other sort of virus?

My older brother blames me for everything! Im 12, hes 14. Being only 2 years apart, we dont like each other very much. My mom said that if I dont get my act straight, shez gonna go back to spankings instead of grounding. One day I started acting up in front of the family at a dinner party. My mom took hold of me and took me to her bedroom. She said she wasn't kidding when she told me to bend over. Before she even got the hairbrush out I started crying. I begged my mom to change her mind but it was allready made up. She bent me over her lap and pulled down my pants AND underware. she spanked my long and hard. Then she let me pull up my undies and my pants and go back out. She made me go to bed early and sleep on my sore butt. My brothers kept making fun of my "new" dicipline. Mom said this will start happening more often. Do you think I had it coming? this happened today. I aint really asleep like she told me to. I better be careful. It happened like 5 mins ago.

I am replacing my shower head. The solder won't stick to the fittings. I have tried cleaning them with a wire brush, and I have used flux. Any tricks or do i have to call a plumber?

And a television show I used to watch as a kid called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles recently became a film called TMNT...

And... no joke... Carnation Instant Breakfast, which I love, has been advertised as CIB. I was heartbroken.

Hi!

Okay -

1. I have lived in Santa Cruz for 2 years at the same place
2. They sold it to build condos
3. They gave me a 180 day notice to vacate
4. Gave 90 notice for me to refuse purchasing the condo
5. I paid for April's rent in full
6. 2 days ago a found a place to move in to that i can't pass up
7. Office told me I had to give 30 day notice and I will have to pay rent until May 6th. $250 extra.
8. Got notice that we will get $2000 for relocation

My question is, can i get out of paying for the 6 extra days at all? They gave ME notice to move out in 180 days - it said nothing about me giving them notice. I didn't know I would be moving so soon - if I did i would have given notice...but it is too late now - is there anyway to get out of it? It was a month to month - the office said I could try to talk to the owner....

Also they are paying me $2000 so I can move - (which will cover the deposit of my new place) do they have to pay me by law?

What about interest on my deposit?
