Yes .. I have met several.. But I am also over the age of 30..
My only suggestion would be that you talk to them on the phone a few times before you run off to meet them.. anybody can hide behind a computer screen and type everything they think you want to read.. To be on the safe side, get to know some personal information about them that will build trust before a physical meeting takes place, and always let somebody know where you are going when you meet someone for the first time.
Sadly, creeps and stalkers still exist in the world. Meet in a public place.. Have fun :)

It depends cuz if I knew them before we talked online, then sure. But if I just went on AOL picked a random screen name and asked if they wanted to meet, HELL NO! A girl did that about 2 months ago and she was beaten and raped, sound like fun to you?
