"wink, wink". In high school or college.

I haven't but I had a teacher when I was in the 11th grade who let me know he would be willing. He was 26. It creeped me out.

I have heard before that many people view God as they do their dad. And, also that a person's relationship w/ God tends to be like the one they have with their dad. For example if your dad was easy to talk to and to go to w/ problems God would be the same for you. . . .or if your dad was simply the punisher, the one you did not want to have to talk to that you would view God the same way. Does anyone feel this way?

Why is catheterisation required if the patient is going to be in post op for only a couple of hours. Surely, he won't need to urinate that much during that time?

the bible does mention dinosaurs... just thought i would share because i always see someone asking why the bible never mentioned it =)

The word “dinosaur” was originally coined in 1841, more than three thousand years after the Bible first referred to “Tanniyn.” (Tanniyn is mention as a dragon but can also be translated as serpent,” “sea monster,” “dinosaur,” “great creature,” and “reptile.”)

The bible specifically talks about the Behemoth and Leviathan

here it is from the bible...

Behemoth(brachiosaurus) has the following attributes according to Job 40:15-24:
It “eats grass like an ox.”
It “moves his tail like a cedar.” (In Hebrew, this literally reads, “he lets hang his tail like a cedar.”)
Its “bones are like beams of bronze,
His ribs like bars of iron.”
“He is the first of the ways of God.”
“He lies under the lotus trees,
In a covert of reeds and marsh.”

Does anyone disagree that the bible does not mention Dinosaurs?

As soon as someone is slightly sad or melancholy do they receive a prescription for anti-depressants ? or they are told to buck up.

Is our society trying to hard to be happy all the time? do we lack any time for introspection & melancholia?

...when the Bible says He rose again on the third day?
If that is really the case, then Christians should celebrate His ressurection on Monday.

I am also a Christian, a Catholic in fact, but I'm confused...

I don't think it is. If your baby is hungry, they need to eat! As long as you can't see the breast, i don't see why ppl are making such a big deal about it.

I feed my cat wet and dry food every day. I get the Nutro Natural brand, which is a little expensive but healthier than most others brands. I give her about a quarter of a can in the morning and a quarter at night. I also make sure theres always dry food. I only give her a little bit of wet food so shes still hungry and has to eat some dry food. My vet is very much against wet food at all. I was wondering how other vets feel about it?
