You don't say "NO" to your spouse when sex is wanted but you can excuse for a little postponement if needed to get better sex satisfaction like when you were very tired and very much sleepy otherwise you have to proceed.

For me when I really don't feel in the mood, but I "let" him anyway, because he's aware I don't really feel like it, he's so gentle and takes it so slowly that in the end it's the best sex I have. Honestly, I'm telling the truth, it's ALWAYS better.

depends on how badly I'm not in the mood. If he's been "good" (did some housework without being asked, took me to dinner, that kind of thing) i'll just roll over and let him at it. Sometimes this is the only way to get him to leave me alone!! Not that I mind him being affectionate, but when I'm trying to sleep, sometimes i'll just give in just to get him to leave me alone.

Although that rarely happens. I just tell him, I'm not in the mood baby. Then we curl up close and watch a movie.

Sometimes I let him try to turn me on. That works once in a while. Or sometimes I help him out either with my hand or orally. Sometimes, though, I say "sorry but it ain't gonna happen" and he has to fend for himself.

Say, "I'm really tired, Honey. Tomorrow night, definitely". I just kiss him goodnight and roll over, he'll get the hint.

I tell him "no thanks." He has no choice but to accept that answer. You do need to occasionally compromise if it's a constant problem, or let him go, but he has to be fair too. Marriage is all about compromise and mutual respect.
