It's my 23rd Wedding Anniversary tomorrow, I think my husband has forgotten. I've been looking for an excuse to tell him I don't love him anymore and think this could be the perfect opportunity. How should I go about telling him?

In some states a married woman who divorces is entitled to 1/2 a mans assets and sometimes alimony when divorced even tho she came into the marriage earning 1/2 as much as the man and had no savings. I can understand this if kids are involved or if it was a long marriage but why should a man who has educated himself and worked hard at his chosen profession so he could earn more have to split his assets with a woman who has contributed far less to the finances of the marriage? Understandably if there are children involved or its a long standing marriage the assets should be split but i can see no reason why a man should have to give up half of everything he has saved and earned over his lifetime to a woman he may only have been married to for a short time.

hey, i planning on cutting the bed off my truck (totaled it) to make one of those cheap looking trailers. however i've been having a problem actually cutting threw the steel reinforcments. i have a 9" angle grinder which can't get it all and a cutting tourch which is barely working anyone have any ideas? other than a plasma torch which i'm to cheap to go out and buy lol

Okay, well, on my new computer (it's almost 2-years-old), every time I try to turn it on, I get a message that says the computer has to shut down, and it will restart. So you know, I let it restart, but it keeps doing that! Like I get the message that says the computer is going to restart in one minute, and then when it restarts, I get the message again, and again. What do I do [to make the messages stop coming, and I can be able to enjoy my computer, again]??? Somebody PLEASE help!!! THANKS!!! I really appreciate any help!!!

Is spoken fluency enough to become a translator? Or does one also have to have written literacy?

For example: Can one who is only a fluent speaker of a Chinese and English become a translator for the 2008 Olympics? Can a person who can only speak Arabic call themselves qualified or 'fluent' in the language?

Are there different levels of fluency?
