Lunch - Sandwich with lettuce 1
Snack - raw vegetables like boiled or steamed half a cup - 135 Calories
Dinner - Bread, mix vegetables and tofu, salad
Im a vegetarian over the last week i have lost 4 pounds i am amazed how fast i lost it i used to be 106lb last saturday but today i weighed and im 100lb, in the whole day i try not to have over 1022 calories. I only usually have 500 calories by dinner time but then i end up eating a healthy dinner which makes it 1000 :( and i excersise extremely alot like walk up hill for 1 hour with my dog and then i also dance for 30 minutes each day... i dont eat any junk food but since its easter soon this guy brought me a bunny which was a tinny one with 220 calories half of it and i ate it all lol so ya..
today so far i have eaten 983 calories but im gonna have a light dinner like subway which is 230 calories for a 6"
