Personally,I have been in your shoes.I have lived with depression most of my life & I know it's not easy. The first thing that I did was contact a therapist & psychartrist who could help me.I have been seeing them since 2002.With the right medicine and to talk about your problems in a group session may help you.I have had many friends end their life and it's not what you want to do.You can be happy and you can enjoy what you have. You are blessed and no matter what other people say,you are one of a kind.It is really hard and if you need to talk please add me on as a contact & we'll chat.

I can relate to your feelings. I often feel the same.
but I go on living anyway. first of all you need to choose to be happy.
and if you are happy you are successful.
Success has nothing to do with what you achieve. Enjoy the simple things in life. focus on the silly little joys, like eating an ice cream. etc
if you lived your life with no accomplishments but you were happy, you are far better off than someone who made lots of money but was not at peace with themselves.
i do not know who you are or where on the planet you live,
but you are far better off than a few billion other less fortunate people. be happy with what you have.
OK
Stand up and jump up and down and wiggle your fingers and toes. Are you able to do that? great YOU ARE NOT PARALYZED.
quick look at the computer key board. can you see the letters on the key board. if yes that is great news, because you are not blind. Do you live in Iraq or some other miserable third world country. OK OK I'll stop with the examples.
if you realize what you have, be happy. choose to be happy.
and you can be happy. and if you are happy. everything else will fall into place.
Read that new book " The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne
Do not worry, It has nothing at all to do with religion.
the book will enlighten you to attract what ever you want in life.
again only you can control youe own feelings.
......and stay away from drugs.I mean anti depression drugs,
they only mask your feelings. taking the drugs will only make the doctors and Pharmecuetical companies rich.
you can create happiness.

Sai Ram. Pronounced as Saayee Raam, it is a greeting, a mantra and also a blessing to you.U show the intellectual aspect of your psyche and your real need to know. Happiness is the only purpose of life,.I feel as if you are tired of life so i guess your question is how to get happiness? Search deep within and try to know who you are. Who is seeking the answer to the question? Who is that you? Find that real you behind all the layers that are heaped upon by society and its conditioning.
Believe in yourself
Be brave...but it's ok to be afraid sometimes
Study hard
Give lots of kisses
Laugh often
Don't be overly concerned with your weight, it's just a number
Always try to see the glass half full
Meet new people, even if they look different to you
Remain calm, even when it seems hopeless
Take lots of naps..
Be weird whenever you have the chance
Love your friends, no matter who they are
Don't waste food
RELAX
Take an occasional risk
Try to have a little fun each day.
...it's important
Work together as a team
Share a joke with friends
Fall in love with someone..
...and say "I love you" often
Express yourself creatively
Be conscious of your appearance
Always be up for surprises
Love someone with all of your heart
Share with friends
Watch your step
It will get better
There is always someone who loves you more than you
These are the same principles I go by for my own, and the same I am teaching everybody. Always look to the positive. There is a positive in every situation, even the bad ones. They are learning experiences. Look to how you handle a bad situation, and learn from how you acted, and see how you can turn the negative into a positive next time. Every situation helps us to evolve, so every situation is good. Life is not worth wasting any moment on depression. I did for far too long, and I'll never do it again! But I don't regret my past, it has made me who I am, and I have learned a great deal about life from the way
I used to be. You can overcome anything. Nothing can stop you from enjoying life. I
found out the longer you sit there and feel bad about yourself, the longer your gonna feel depressed. You wonder why nobody cares, why nobody wants to be around you. The reason why nobody wants to be around you is because YOU ARE DEPRESSED. you bring them down when you come around. You get up and fight through it. The minute you get up and change your attitude about what's going on, the other stuff starts to change. whatever is kicking you and trying to push you down, i say kick it back. The first thing you got to do is open uo the curtains, put on some good music, take a shower, put on a good face, and open up the door and go out and see the world .Your sitting around hoping someone will fix it but, it's got to be fixed through you. You can't say "please, god help me." God is not gonna do anything if only try and help yourself to. Don't hold things back. Say it. Deal with that emotion... I wish you the best of luck

Quite honestly, I never knew why anyone would want to commit suicide. I am not going to lie to you, of course, I thought about the "what ifs" of suicide, but I had no actual urge to attempt it for a couple reasons.. 1) What if things were to change? What if tomorrow is the day that changes your life for the better? If not tomorrow, what about 4 months from now, what about next year? You just never know when things will turn around for you. 2) If you feel like life is this low and everything is just ----, then what do you have to lose? Do something different. Do something fun. Do something daring. Do something that you always wanted to try. In a way, feeling like you could just commit suicide.. is a freedom. A freedom to "who gives a crap, I was going to committ suicide anyway." SO, you really have nothing to lose if you want to go out there and try something new. That something new, might enliven you.
You can make a change - however small or big. Just do something. Live.

I have been through this...not on your side of it, but on the side of someone who lost a friend. 15 years ago on the day before my 17th birthday, I was at a friends house when he decided to take his own life. Several of his friends were there as well as his eight year old brother. I'm sure it goes without saying that, hands down, that was the worst night of my life. For 15 years I have thought about him and what he could have become. I got to be good friends with his mother after this and I can tell you that she was devastated and even tried to take her own life later due to the grief (thankfully she wasn't successful). What suicide does to the family and friends that are left behind if horrible! You need to seek professional help! In the mean time, spend time with the people in your life that you love and reflect upon all of the good things that are in your life, rather than focusing on the things that are wrong. You can call 1-800-SUICIDE if you feel that you need to talk to someone now. Please seek help!

This is a quick cure. Try it.
Go to the mirror and look at yourself. Make the saddest face you can. Look at it a moment or two.
Now make the happiest face. Smile really big and make your eyes smile also. Come one you can do it. Which feels better?
Now wash your face with warm water and hold the wash cloth over your eyes and face as you lean your head back. Feel the warmth. Breath deeply five times as your body relaxes. Take the cloth off and smile at the mirror.
Now laugh. Just laugh. See how silly it was to feel depressed. The best way to get over depression is to smile. It has always worked for me. Good luck and don't forget to smile. It is all your choice to feel happy or depressed.

Even though you may not see it right now, you have a lot of things coming in the future that you should live for, and the people who love you and are keeping you alive right now see that. They may not be able to express it, but they know that there are things in your future that you can't miss, and without you, other people will have less also. Every person has something unique to offer the world. Look beyond yourself to what you have to offer others and in giving to others you will find THE purpose for youself.

Only you can give yourself reason to live.
Imagine a life to be so magnificent, that you would feel only joy. What life would that be? Can you see it? Can you make it up & then fantasize?
Write your story the way you want it, Read it everyday & know that it is the life you deserve & can have.
You may need an antidepressant. Seek some professional help. There is a future waiting to be created by you.

Look at the sun in the morning and the songbirds singing to you. Like the spring rain? These are simple things you might have forgotten. If you die you won't have it. Can you imagine your family bawling and in tears even a couple of years from now? They will be if you do it. You'll put them through so much pain. :(
I don't think it's your time to go...I think it's your time to heal and go talk to someone. Remember this, at least once EACH and EVERY single person on this planet thinks of taking their own life at sometime in their life...what no one sees is that whether or not they admit to it. My one teacher told me that and I'll never forget it.
Life is so volatile you never know when it can change. Everyone in this world has hope. Please please please don't leave us!
