I think I may have bipolar or depression. I feel very apathetic and feel like nothing is going anywhere, only getting worse. I also get very dramatic at times, getting overly excited about things sometimes for almost no reason.

I have also started cutting myself, I'm not sure why. I am not in a normal mental state when I do it, I think the physical pain will take away some of the psychological confusion and sadness. I don't feel like wanting to commit suicide, though sometimes I imagine what people would think if I died.

Recently one of my friends has told our school guidance office about my cutting. Nothing has happened yet but I will probably have to meet with them tomorrow. My parents don't know anything about this. How do I get the help I need and get diagnosed without things blowing out of proportion and ending up in the psychiatric ward?

am so in love with this guy. I was stupid and should have known better but I fell anyway. (we had a casual relationship....still going on but it has to end soon cuz its killing me)
I can't stop thinking about him, and what I could have said or done to make him like me better. I can't stand to think about him liking other girls and the thought of him dating them makes me want to cry. Because I just want him to think and feel that way about me.

I know how he feels because he has never said he wanted anything other than what we had..I guess a FWB....(this is why they don'usually work. he has not led me on...he is a great guy and I don't blame him at all I know all that but part of me won't let go of the hope that he will suddenly realize that he does love me. I know its not gonna happen but my heart won't listen and it hurts. How do I force my heart to face reality? How do I kill the hope that i can ever have anything more with him? How do I stop loving him?

lets say you and a guy live far away from eachother..but you like eachother a lot. all of the guys friends make fun of him because he likes a girl who lives four hours away, and all the other guys want in life is ***. if one of the guys cousins was making fun of him and then the guy you like said..dress night tonight were getting some *****..is that normal because hes trying to fit in with his tough cousin? and now someone asked him what hes doing friday and he said "probably getting laid and drunk out of my mind"


why is he saying this..is this normal because we live far away and we are NOT in a long distance relationship? is he trying to get my attention, or is he trying to get over me because we cant be together right now? whats your opinion?

the details he kept that from me over 4and a half years and flat lied about it on more than one occassion.he was never the best lover but when things took a turn and he couldnt perform i went to the doctors and was loving patient and sympathetic,i suggested we watch some porn you know to spice things up he acted like he could never do that like it was awful.it wasnt a random act thats what was so hard and not just porn. he was going to dating sites and pretending to be single the whole time but was unable to have sex with his wife and i tried everthing .i wrote the poem because i wanted him to know how belittling it was to me and the other women as well.to me it was as though he had cheated.i was in the best shape of my life at that time i had my pick of men and i chose him there was no reason for him to even look anywhere else i was the best he ever had i made it a point to be. i want people to know if you lie to your partner the truth will be found out and trust is hard to get back.

I get these strange chest pains pretty frequently now (before they would be every once in a while). It starts on the right side of my chest, kinda high and close to my shoulder, then the pain radiates to my right shoulder and down my right arm. It's pretty painful, and I can't use my right arm for the few minutes that they last. Whenever they come, I can feel my muscles knot right above where they start, and I feel like my heart is racing all the time, not just when I have the pains.
Can anyone tell me what this is? I'm not sure if it's heart problems, because it's on my right side. Any help?
