Perhaps, but since there were a lot more Munchkins I would say that the Munchkins were more REproductive than the Oompa Loompas.

The Munchkins have a mayor and Steward to represent them. The Oompa Loompas do NOT, therefore, they are screwed into working for limited wages.

Yes they are but conversely the Munchkins have a greater topspeed when propelled down the bar.
