It is very rude to walk away from someone when they are talking to you. Don't do it unless you want to show incredible rudeness, such as when that person is being very rude themselves. Don't do it to someone who you just find boring. Rather excuse yourself and say you must leave. Walking away is very rude and kind of mean.

It is not polite to walk away from someone when they are talking to you - it's better to walk away than say something mean!@~
