I have not the courage to face anyone anymore. I've let my friends down, my family down. Just too ashamed to see anybody. Too ashamed to have disappointed them. Not like i was committing any crime, or hurting anybody. All i ever did was give it my best in all i do. Why did it have to turn out like that. Was my best not enough? Will it ever be enough? The direction in life just faded before my eyes for no apparent reason...

The best way is to wait until it is your time. If I read you right and you are thinking what your question implies, please go to this site and call one of the numbers. http://suicidehotlines.com/

You could just wait a while and life will eventually kill you or you could be a real man and you use your life for what you were designed to do. You were designed to be a human being, live your life, do some good for this world, there are enough people are there that want to destroy the world or just want to give up.

Don't be a quitter the world has enough of those already.

I got electrocuted on a job-site 20 years ago. I felt my life quickly slipping away and was wondering what I was going to say to god. One thing I knew is that I would give or do anything for one more breath, I would endure any amount of pain for one more precious second of life. That experience was a gift.

Just a few years ago I found myself in a hopeless depression. But even then I could take a moment away from my black thoughts, look at a thing of beauty and take a deep breath and be thankful for a precious moment of life.

You need people.
The best way to feel good about yourself is to give. Join Habitat for Humanity, go see someone who can help you get your chemical balances back on an even level, and every time you think a bad thought about yourself, shove that thought aside. Replace it with a thought that celebrates life and you.

In your sleep, but why would u ask such a question? just cause everything dont go the way u want it or u cant get through it. have u ever heard of a bible try reading it it can help u alot and after u read it pray about it. trust u dont want to kill urself. u really dont want to burn in hell. its like being in a oven at 400 degress but much much hotter. so dont kill urself think of how ur friends and family would feel talk to someone first.

Of natural causes.

Nothing is worth killing yourself over. Just remember, sit back, and take things as they come. Don't sweat the small stuff, it will all work out in the long run. Doesn't matter what it is (I have been through some pretty jacked up stuff in my life, too!) it will all work out.

You shouldn't be thinking about the easiest way to die. I am reading between the lines, and I hope you're NOT planning a suicide. Life is short, and full of fun, so get on with your life...enjoy it.....
