Almost every summer I get these heat boils. Even though I have beautiful skin, it looks really bad. Please suggest some external treatment.

so im going thursday to get my arms waxed for the first time. does it hurt? my friend kinda talked me into it because i really hate my arm hair. i always thought that girls where not suppost to wax or shave their arms thats why i have never done it but she says its ok to. whats your opinion?

Does anyone know of medical studies or credible web sites that show evidence that a high protein diet is beneficial for fibro sufferers?

My friend has been on disability for fibro for several years and has recently had his high protien diet allowance revoked. He has an appeal coming up and any info in support of the benefits would be helpful.

Without the allowance he is basically going to have to live off mac and cheese and hot dogs which I am sure is going to undo all the improvement made in the last few years. (Basically from weeks of bed ridden periods to almost to the point now that he could start seeking the right job!...of course the high protien diet is combined with plenty of stretching and weight training.)

My husband is a courier and runs around in our tri state area all wk long and I on the other hand work in an office and dont get out much at all during the wk. I dont ask him to do anything during the wk because he has been running all day but on the weekends I still cant get him to go anywhere or do anything with me, not to visit friends, not to go out to dinner or the movies. I feel like we are in a rut and that he needs to understand that it is important to me that we spend some quality time away from the kids and the house. Do you think this is wrong

My ex-husband has sole physical and legal custody of our 14 year old daughter. He moved due to job reasons and his mother is helping to take care of her.

I live in a different state than them. I went to stay with her for about 3 weeks. She wanted me to stay until the semester was over.

Now, I feel that I don't deserve anything good and care more for myself than her. I should have stayed and taken care of her.

However, my ex and his mother were influencing my decisions a lot and I could not really be her mother. I was also staying in his house. They will not let me live in peace separately.

I am now hearing from my ex-husband that I "ruined my child" and that she will never see me for the rest of my life. I feel that I did not do my duty as a mother and she will hate me for the rest of her life. I don't deserve anything good and instead punishment.

I am looking to buy a car when I get my permit, and my question is which car to get. It has to be in a reasonable price range, don't suggest I get a Ferrari or something, thats just not realistic. But it has to have a pretty decent safety rating. I live in NY and NJ, so automatic would probably be best. I need to be able to fit some stuff inside, and somewhere, possibly on top, a surfboard. I go to boarding school, so I would probably use it to move stuff from my room and such. Do you have any realistic suggestions?

Anyways tonight I am making pear spiced porkchops with mashed sweet potatoes and pilaff with mushrooms as the sides

does this seem like enough? The pear makes a glaze effect on the chops with a few spices (it's good). Also should this be enough?
