Almost every summer I get these heat boils. Even though I have beautiful skin, it looks really bad. Please suggest some external treatment.

Boils are caused by bacteria, perhaps if they are a rpoblem talk to yout doctor and ask for a prophylactic antibiotic dose in the summer months.

Due to the higher temperature and sweat, bacteria in the skin develop and form boils. Keep the skin dry as much as possible. Use a prickly heat powder. Consult a doctor if needed.

It sounds like some of your hair follicles are getting infected and thereby forming abcesses in hot weather. Make sure your body is clean within and without. This means drinking 4 cups of water daily and showering at least once daily.

they are caused from grease or oil on your body in the heat
you are best to try and find an non oil based product(hard) and make sure your skin is cleaned right after you go indoors
