People like that do give their religion a bad image.
Would you think religion is bad if everyone were actually Peaceful and helpful to others while believing in religion? Or did you get the idea that religion is bad from the People you see abusing others while using their religion to justify it?

If not for people like Ted Haggard and Bill Clinton (who claims the Baptist name), Christianity would be a little less tarnished.

The people who call themselves Christian are many, and are all, every mother's child of us, sinners.
Sadly, "Christian Soldiers" appears to be an army that takes particular joy out of shooting their own wounded.
Me, I stay away from televangelists, they don't seem to be much help. I hate being put in a position where I am defending any of them, but there ya go. Let the one with no sin be the first to cast a stone at Ted.
