I think it's plenty. You can always add a side salad or a bowl of fresh fruit. Pineapples always go good with pork - but since you have the pear already - maybe just slice up some fresh pears for a tasty side.
Do you have dessert???

Hi, sounds delicious. You might want to add a little green color to the meal for decoration. Maybe 2-3 asparagus spears per plate (if you have big eaters coming to add a bit more food) or just a bit of spinach leaves raw to garnish under the pork chops, but it sounds like a nice dinner. Have a good time!

Is the pilaf a rice dish, or just a veggie combination? If rice, then it's enough. If veggies only, maybe add some nice bread. A big green salad would work with all of that too.
Fresh berries and ice cream for dessert.

The only thing I would add, is a small bowl (like a custard bowl) of applesauce. Pork and applesauce goes great, and the coolness of it (if you leave it in the fridge first) really does a trick in your mouth. Hot food, cold applesauce.. yum. Feel free to sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the apple sauce too.

How about adding a green veggie or a nice green salad. Your recipe sounds wonderful !!!!! Should I dress nicely for dinner, or is casual okay?

It should definitely be enough. You could start with a soup or a small salad before hand but I definitely think it would be satisfying as is.

How much are you making, and how many people are you feeding?
I always make a meat, a starch, and a vegetable for dinner, so it sounds like you're covering all the bases.
