I am not sure if this is a fry since this is new to me. This morning there are hundreds of little white dots swimming all over the aquarium. They look like tiny air bubbles but not they are the size of a dot. So can anyone tell me what the cichlids (texans) fry is suppose to look like and if they are should I stop the filter?

i recently interviewed for a job as a ballroom dance instructor, and some of the questions that were asked seemed very strange to me. could anyone let me know if these were appropriate?
1) where do you live? house or apartment? 2) do you have roommates or live alone? 3) how long have you known each other? (the roommate) 4) how long have you lived together? 5) is your roommate a boy or a girl?
this whole section of the interview seemed very strange to me, and she was writing down all my answers right in front of me. then she also asked what year i graduated from high school. does that really matter? i indicated on there that I do have a high school diploma. can anyone help?

My 11 month old has had thrush in her mouth for over 2 weeks now. The doctors put her on nystatin. Her mouth does not seem to be getting better, it stays in her cheeks and I do put the medician in her cheeks. I think it has spread back into her throat again because she is horse and it hurts her to swallow. Is there anything else I can do to help her? The doctors just tell me to keep giving her the medician. Is there any other over the counter treatment or something I can feed her to help with the pain? Thanks

My boyfriend and I met this guy at a biz conference. The guy ended up finding me on Myspace. We started talking via email b/c well, work gets boring. I told my boyfriend that we were talking. He didn't mind at first, then he decided he didn't like that we talked. When I said I wouldn't stop, he hacked into my account . He found a inappropriate joke that I had laughed off from the guy. He assumed that I was untrustworthy w/o asking what had happened. I feel betrayed. He says he doesn't trust me b/c even though he knew we where talking, its equal to if I had kissed the guy. I was just trying to make my work day go faster, and yes. my bf had been ignoring me for the last few months. I can't remember the last time we kissed unless it was goodbye. So it was nice to have someone interested in me. We live together, and have fought nonstop. I think he should move out. he says that he won't unless we break up. He checks my phone... Says hes not sure he can trust me. what do I do?

I live in NJ. we don't have a team -- who can I follow and how do I pick a good team. I just like indiv. players but I want to follow a team....what about Houston Oilers or Minnesota Vikings? How did u find ur team? also - how i know how good the teams are, rankings wise?

Just last night my daughter asked to play out on our back pattio. Normally I wouldn't let her go out side by herself but her daddy was going back and forth to check the grill and I was standing right in front of the window doing dishes so we let her. Long story short I look up and she's gone. All you parents out there know what that feels like, sheer panic. We yell for her, go next door(there is a little girl there her same age that runs freely) she's not there. We finally find her across the street with our neighbor playing on her swingset in her back yard. This is the first time she has ever done this. Aparently the neighbor girl asked our daughter to come along and the woman whose yard they we're in had no idea that our daughter didn't have permission to be there or would have notified us asap. We have grounded her so far. No cartoons, no paytime, no outside time with friends. We talked to her about what she did and that it was wrong but she still says she dosent get it. HELP!
