I am not sure if this is a fry since this is new to me. This morning there are hundreds of little white dots swimming all over the aquarium. They look like tiny air bubbles but not they are the size of a dot. So can anyone tell me what the cichlids (texans) fry is suppose to look like and if they are should I stop the filter?

Can't really be sure what that is from your discription, but it's not fry. Texas cichlid fry look much like the fry in this picture of banded cichlids

If they look like air bubbles and move like air bubbles, they probably are air bubbles to be honest. Now if they are actually swimming around, that's another story.

Fry look like minature tadpoles to me. Bareley big enough to make out the eyeballs & not many discernable features other than they are fat at the head & slender towards the tail. Most species are translucent & don't have much color beyond a bit of brown or tan.

fish fry look like very small fish, not air bubbles. could be contamination/infection of some type, watch closely for the next few days.
