exploitation of elderly?

just notified of litigation from 5-99 on 3-16-07, turned myself in on 3-19-07. i go to court in a couple of weeks. 2 attempted exploitation of elderly and 2exploitation of elderly. is there a statue of limitation on these crimes and can anyone refer attorney in winston-salem with resonable fees, i live in charlotte.

If you did that to elderly people I wouldnt help you even if I knew. Shame on you!!!!!!
