Yeah, sure. As long as 1. I had a reason to live in that town and 2. the house passed an inspection by an independent inspector.

Pro: It's gorgeous & looks really well maintained.
Con: Built in 1910 - is the electricity updated? Is the plumbing updated? How old is the roof? Is it airconditioned? Are there mold or termite issues?

OMG yes - it's beautiful, I wish they had houses that cheap in Southern California, you can't even get a condo for that price where I live.

yeah.....the house is nice i dont know about the neiborhood but for 76 000$ ..yeah...
in montreal you'll pay 175000$ for a small 1 bedroom condo in a crappy neiborhood so...
