hi, i wanted to know what was the best year for the Ford Taurus SHO. I read that the 1989 model was the fastest, but i also read that the older ones werent that well built. i read that the chasis wasn't stiff enough and stuff like that. thats why i want to know which year was the best one all around.

I have gotten so tired of people just using this to beg for torrent tracker invites. Should they be banned from the service because it clearly states in the TOS that soliciting other users is against the rules?

I have put up a suggestion because i am tired of them spamming up the computer section i hope you can join me. I don't know about you but i am tired of wasting my daily answers to tell them to bug off.

I am disabled and have mutple problems and can't find a docter that will work with disability so I can stay on my nerve and antidepressants I have 2 spots in my back that is messed up and fibermalgia.My money is very limited but I have medicare and medicaid so there is some insurance. I have an employee that is a very good worker, however, she skips out of work early the majority of the time when she thinks that I won't notice.

I have spoken to her about this already a few times, but it does not stop her from doing it. I have ways to track her when I'm not there if she's leaving early.

Since I am paying out of my pocket for her salary, I would think she would have some respect and listen to me. I really don't want to fire her since she is the best employee (which I praise her) I've had so far aside from this frequent leaving an hour early habit.

My idea is to grab her car keys while she is in the restroom (she leaves them right in the open on her desk), run out to her car and take my car club lock and place it on her steering wheel, with a note that says, please work your full hours, come back inside.

Then, when it is time for her to leave, I'll walk out with her and unlock the club from her car.

Do you think this will knock some sense into her?

(AND IM TALKING CIRCUMFRINCE OF ABOUT 2 INCHES AND 1CM THICK)

4:00 PM - BANANA

5:30 PM - 1 SMALL PIECE OF MEAT
1 BAGEL
1 CUP OF VEGIES
AND 2 CUP GLASS OF LOWFAT

7 OR 8 PM SNACK - 1 CUP OF SPECIAL K W/ A LITTLE MILK

* DRINKING LOTS OF WATER
* TAKING A CENTRUM VITAMIN
* AND TRYING TO DRINK DIET SODA IF I CAN HANDLE NOT HAVING IT.

DOES THIS SOUND OK FOR A DAY
AND GOING ON A WALK ABOUT A MILE LONG EVERY DAY AND RIDING THE EXERCISE BIKE 20 MINS EVERY DAY AND DOING EXERCISES AND STRETCHES ON A BLANKET IN MY ROOM ON THE FLOOR FOR 10- 15 MINUTES AND DAY. IS THAT GOOD FOR EXERCISE.

PLZZZ TELL ME IF YOU HAVE ANY COMMITS OR INFO FOR ME.
IM TRYING TO GO ON A DIET AND START SLOW AND THIS IS WHAT MY DAYS HAVE BEEN LIKE. DO I NEED 2 CHANGE IT. PLZZZ HELP!
