No, he's not alive. He died in 2003 of what was ruled to be acute cocaine intoxication. However, Curt's father believes a combination of steroids and painkillers killed his son.

He is dead. He used steroids, but not to as crazy a degree as many other guys. Recreational drugs most likely hurt him much more than the steroids.

Yep, he's dead and the "official" report was he died due to acute cocaine intoxication. But it's well-known he was a past steroid user so you can draw your own conclusions......
