It's very easy to distinguish whether the blood is coming from her vagina or anus. All she has to do is lightly wipe one, then the other. If it's from the vagina, she should go to the hospital emergency immediately. If it's from her anus, it's advisable for her to see her doctor in the morning. The appearance of the stool is important as well. If the blood is mixed in with the stool, this can be serious ... as she could be bleeding internally. If the blood is only on the outside of the stool, she may have fissures (small tears) around the anus and/or hemorrhoids ... usually due to constipation and/or diarrhea.

Regardless of what it is or isn't, she needs to see a doctor as soon as possible.

she needs to see her doctor to find out if she has miscarried.it may be she was constipated and had a hard time going #2 so thats where the blood is coming from.if thats the problem she needs to drink more water and eat a good fiber cereal and fresh fruits like apples.if it continues or there is any pain take her to the doctor.good luck.
