Good except for a few things:

Replace milk with OJ. Milk is actually bad on several levels.

No later than 7PM if you're going to bed at 12. You need at least 5 hrs between meal and bed.

Regular soda is better for you than diet soda. The cruel fact is that you're just going to have to learn to live without it. The high fructose corn syrup and aspartame are both bad for you. Just say no to the cola.

Centrum I ask you?! You just pee that stuff out. Try pure encapsulations.

And if you weight 280, then you need 140 oz of water a day. That's about 4.14 L of water a day. I know that's a lot, but that's what you need.

I'm a firm believer that if you need to lose weight, you need a combination of things working in your favor. A proper diet of healthy foods is first and foremost. You need to put together an exercise plan as well. Along with both of these, a diet supplement can make all the difference. Use a diet supplement only to assist your weight loss.
Assist is the keyword. Don't use diet products as an 'end all' cure for weight loss. Make sure you are only using them as a help aide to your weight loss and changing your body and eating habits.
Hoodia is a great natural product for weight loss. Again, I can't stress enough, no matter the product you use, only use it for a short time, and only use it if you are willing to permanentely change your eating and exercise habits. Hoodia will help to curb your cravings and boost your energy levels. Depending on how much you want to lose you'll want to use Hoodia for anywhere from 3 - 6 months. You could very well see drastic weight loss within the first 4 - 6 weeks, but it is still a good idea to continue using the product to reacclimate your body to the changes you are undergoing.
I typically recommend a diet patch over pill form. Many people have trouble swallowing pills, remembering to take them each day or just don't want the daily bother. The diet patch is only changed once every few days.
Try www.dietpatchbargains.com for some less expensive prices on the hoodia patch.

That is really not a good diet for anyone. One bagel is equal to 5 slices of bread. You're eating two a day, or about half a loaf of bread. The banana is good for you, and with a healthy diet, is not going to make you fat. Eat more vegetables and drink more water. Cut back on the diet soda, and absolutely not regular soda everyday. Drink skim milk instead of lowfat. There is not much of anything good for you in summer sausage. It's loaded with fat and cholesterol, as well as a lot of preservatives and sodium. What is ham and cheese loaf? Lunchmeat? Spam? If it is anything like that, try a lean piece of ham, and maybe some eggs with a LITTLE cheese for breakfast. Sounds like you might want to check out some diet books. The abs diet explains a lot of sound diet info as well as some good home exercise moves.

1st of all, Cut down on the sausage. Instead of that have something else healthier, such as another cup of fruit.
Drinking water is good, and dont drink diet soda, a 5'8 280 lb woman isn't the ideal person. Try to make the walk 2 miles per day, and on the bagel, have smartbeat or lowfat cream cheese. You will loose some weight in no time! =)

You are eatting way to few calories to stay on this deit for an extended period of time. What will happen is that once u get off the deit u will start with your old eating habbits, and then u will get back your orignal weight. The way to lose weight the correct way and keep it off is to eat 5 small meals a day.

Each meal should consist of half lean protien, half complex carbs, and veggies for fiber and should be about 500 calories each.

lean protiens are:
canned tuna, skinless chicken breast, fatfree lunch meat, lean ground turkey, egg whites

Good carbs:
Whole wheat bread, brown rice, oatmeal, Yams, Vegitables, beans, anything with whole grains

try not to use condiments with alot of fat and calories, instead use spices to make food taste better

Also your should exercise first thing in the morning, because you have nothing in your stomach. When you do it during the day your body has to burn off the food in your stomach first before you can start to burn off the fat. Also work your way to exercising upto 45 mins. start out slow and start increasing your exercising time every week.

Best of luck, follow these instructions and you will melt off the fat.

First of all, instead of thinking "diet" think: Eating Healthy. What you do today will have tremendous effect on your body tomorrow (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, etc). Add plenty of vegetables and fruit. Veggies and fruits have NO FAT and lots of fiber. Gradually increase the amount of fiber in your diet w/a high fiber cereal - it will help your body eliminate/digest quicker and is good for your colon health. Skip the ham and sausage - high in salt and nitrates and skip the soda (regular or diet) as well. Try lean chicken breast (no skin) and fish. Try to incorporate protein in your diet as in boiled egg whites (toss the yolk). Protein will help your body burn fat faster.

Your exercise regimen sounds reasonable. Maybe you could increase your stamina and endurance and get that heart rate going for a good aerobic workout. Gradually, of course.

Remember, the hardest part of doing anything new is the beginning. Keep a log (like you listed above) of what you eat. By the 3rd week, your "diet" becomes a "habit" and it gets easier. Good luck!

no bagles, ham or cheese
no sausages, more veggies, more fruit, less milk
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. To learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. Cleansing was good for me. Good luck whatever you decide to do!

well..for one thats not alot of excersise but i suppose its ok and the diet is WAY to much..i think that u should take off about 500 calories a day that will make u lose a pound of fat a day (supposidly) and instead of a diet soda u should try another water because no matter how diet the soda is its still gonna make it all worse. i stopped drinking soda completly and lost 10 pounds that usually happens with everyone that drinks soda.
