I sold my house within 2 years of residency. I had Calhfa loan. I know I don't have to pay recapture tax because my income doesn't exceed the adjusted income limit. Should I pay capital gain though (Schedule D form 1040)?

According to ABC News, "Knut is the first baby polar bear to survive in the Berlin zoo in 30 years. His mother, Tosca, a grumpy 20-year-old former circus bear, abandoned him and his brother to die on a rock in the bear pit after they were born on Dec. 5, 2006.

Keepers scooped the cubs out of the compound with fishing net and placed both bear babies in an incubator.

Only Knut survived, and he was brought up as a pampered baby, fed with human milk and cod-liver oil every half hour."

You may express your opinion or just add your name.

I'll be turning this in, with all the answers, to the newspapers.

Thanks so much for the responses!

I have seen the president of your church in the past making church changing "revelations" (Giving blacks the priesthood, Change the temple ceremony). Not one of these "important" changes are added to your cannon. But a statement of someone named Oliver Granger being held in fond remembrance is included.. Who was this guy, can you honestly say that you, or the church as a whole for that matter remembers him at all let alone fondly.. Is that more important to the church than the more recent changes, unless of course your cannon is indeed closed. If it is then you don't need a prophet...

You have to have faith and truely believe in God, but why disregard God and religion in general, it is the ultimate sin and result in an unpleasent afterlife, why risk eternity?

My husband pay's Child Support and has since his daughter was a baby. The Mother moved away about 2000 mile's and never let's the father see his daughter. Outside of that she is alway's bad talking about him to his daughter and the first one born he thought was his but turned out not to be his. Ok she cheated and lied. He still took care of both. Now last Summer she was supposed to send his child and offered to pay her trip and said we didn't have to pay for the Summer she would be here. At the last minute when my husband called her to tell her he had contacted to court's she got furious at him for not trusting her. She then expected us to pay her and the traveling at the last min. Of course we lost in court, as a father alway's does. He told the mom to keep her child home and keep her money. She made her child think it was him and blamed him, and I think that is wrong. Any opinion's. I'm fed up with this greed woman and the court's. Child has not seen her dad in 8 years

Fuel door area received no damage before or after I popped it open with the release button so this is very puzzling for it to be ajar "out of the blue".

Am I at risk for food poisoning?

I know that the hydrochloric acid in my stomach can kill bacteria, but I am asking if I ate enough of the dip to significantly affect me.

I was supposed to get a check in February. I was a check last week. I called the IRS. They said that I should either have a check by April 2nd or they will need additional information. Does that mean that I'm getting audited. I would like to know will I be receiving a refund and what are they looking or on my taxes?

I would like to get a small tattoo on the inside of my wrist, maybe about the size of a quarter. I have tiny wrists and don't want anything too big. I've thought about getting a hibiscus flower, but would it be possible to get that much detail in something so small? Because of the size of my wrists, I don't want to get it done if it has to be too big. What do you think?

(In theory) God (God=any deity) is testing us, and he's testing are ability to be open, accepting, and live above the influence of his own man. One example is homosexuality, a test not to covert to heterosexuality but to see if our society can accept and live above influence of his own word. Another is sexual urges, a test of responsibility, and how responsible are society is and us ourselves are.

So, are we failing or passing this test?

Have you noticed that when you speak to representatives for the Inland Revenue on their advice lines they can act like they got their heads up their own asses? They are so arrogant because they think they are above you in terms of what they have been trained to know at the IR.
