Am I at risk for food poisoning?

I know that the hydrochloric acid in my stomach can kill bacteria, but I am asking if I ate enough of the dip to significantly affect me.

Probably Little Risk, In This Case, I Think a Preformed Toxin Is Of Chief Concern, Probably a "Staph. aureus" Endotoxin, In Which Case, After 24 Hrs. of No Symptoms, your Probably In the Clear.

Risk yes. If you start to vomit or have diarrhea, you probably got a light case. Take some Pepto and sip lots of water. If you are not better within 48 hours go see a doctor. A blood test will tell if you had food poisoining.

Next time think before you eat!

No because stuff like dip has too many perservatives for the milk.

more than likely you won't die. the worst that will probably happen is you might get diarrhea. HCl isn't a match for E.Coli and some other bacteria.
